Step 1: Clear data & cache of Google play store app.

  6. Also try to Force stop the app.
  7. Just Restart your smartphone, that’s all.

  1. Go to Setting.
  2. Navigate to Application manager.
  3. Open up Google Play Services option.
  4. Tap on Cached Data and clear it.
  5. Try to Clear Cache as well.
  6. Force stop the app as well.
  7. Just Restart your smartphone, that’s all.

 Step 3: Uninstall play store updates.

  1. Go to Setting.
  2. Navigate to Application manager.
  3. Open up Google Play store option.
  4. Tap on Uninstall Updates option.
  5. Just Restart your smartphone, that’s all.

 Step 4: Reset your Google account.

  1. Go to Setting.
  2. Navigate to Accounts >> Google option.
  3. Tap on your email ID.
  4. Now Remove your account from device.
  5. Again navigate to Account >> Google option.
  6. Tap Add account and follow on-screen steps to set up your account again.
  7. Just Restart your smartphone, that’s all.

 Step 5: Clear download manager data and cache.

  1. Go to Setting.
  2. Navigate to Application manager.
  3. Open up Download Manager option.
  4. Tap on Cached Data and clear it.
  5. Try to Clear Cache as well.
  6. Force stop the app as well.
  7. Just Restart your smartphone, that’s all.
